- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote our products and services to customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Follow all security procedures and protect customer confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and trends
