Job Summary
The F.M. Kirby Center is seeking an individual to assist in all aspects of building, property, and theater maintenance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily duties as assigned related to the cleanliness and maintenance of the venue including, but not limited to the auditorium, lobbies, offices, dressing rooms, storage areas and building exterior.
- Assist with setup needs for in-house meetings, lobby receptions and special functions.
- Basic familiarity with building operations and basic maintenance equipment.
- Ability to assess needs of events as they occur.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25lbs., as well as operate vacuum cleaner and carpet shampooer and climb stairs.
- Reports to Maintenance Manager.
