Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, handling inbound calls, and providing solutions to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into our system
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer service and sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically to assist customers effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/order management systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
