Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone or email
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Data Entry:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer information and records in the database
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Generate and distribute reports as required
- Troubleshooting:
- Assist customers in resolving issues or service-related challenges
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution
- Administrative Tasks:
