Position Title: Enterprise Control Testing Administrator
Business Unit: Operations
Reports to: Director of Enterprise Control Testing
Position Overview
This position is primarily responsible for organizing and managing Enterprise Control Testing efforts ensuring the testing of Banking controls is completed in order to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Ownership of the enterprise control testing inventory and scheduling.
Assignment of control tests according to risk level and proper frequency cadence.
Monitor enterprise control testing queue, ensuring tests are on track for timely completion.
Flagging control tests that are nearing deadlines and alerting management.
Tracking completed control test results and observations noted, ensuring observations are remediated.
Preparing control testing reporting for director and executive level review.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Strong knowledge of Bank Risk, Control, and/or Audit Function
