Position Title: Manager of Control Testing
Business Unit: Operations
Reports to: Director of Enterprise Control Testing
Position Overview
This position is primarily responsible for managing a staff of testing analysts, ensuring the testing of Banking controls is completed in order to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage a team of dedicated First/Second line testing analysts.
Ensure testing analysts are executing control tests as assigned according to department policy and procedure – completing quality checks.
Monitor control testing queue, ensuring timeline milestones are met for each test assigned.
Handle escalations for any findings that are deemed outside of normal testing scope.
Review, approval, and assistance in communication of control testing results.
Assists in training and onboarding activities for new hires, as well as ongoing career development for staff.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
