Position Title: Syndicated Loan Operations Representative 1
Business Unit: Operations
Reports to: Manager of Syndicated Loan Operations
Position Overview
This position is responsible to support FNB investor portfolio by processing a high volume of loan transactions daily to include advances, payments, fees, wires, rate resets, rollovers, reconcilement, and research. The incumbent is responsible to effectively manage shared work queues and email box to coordinate work within the team and with internal and external partners while ensuring pertinent information is reported accordingly. The role assists in responding to inquiries and requests while maintaining the security of the department and the account information.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports high volume of syndication/participation loan transactions daily to include payment processing, wiring funds, converting interest rates, SBA reporting, and dealer floor plan processing based on the established procedures and defined timelines. Ensures all functions meet compliance requirements and timely recording of financial entries.
Ensures all information received from agent banks are promptly and accurately processed. Understands loan documentation and the appropriate application within the core system while maintaining all required electronic information is reconciled and stored accordingly within the shared files for FNB participated accounts serviced.
Fosters relationships with syndicate members, agent banks, and internal partners involved in syndicated loan processing through effective communication. Support a fast paced, manual environment with multiple variations of complexity all while embracing and cultivating a collaboration.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
