FPC-Troy is hiring an Environmental Health Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive EHS strategies across global operations. This critical role requires expertise in EHS regulations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with global business operations
- Establish EHS goals and objectives for each site and business unit
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in EHS performance across all sites
EHS Risk Management:
- Lead product safety compliance programs, including hazard labels, SDS, and regulatory product registration
- Manage product risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Regulatory Affairs:
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on compliance
- Ensure operations meet regulatory requirements, including waste management, water permits, and air quality regulations
- Oversee environmental and safety audits and corrective action plans
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
