What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rework Training Supervisor position at F&P Georgia?
JOB SUMMARY
MAJOR DUTIES:
· Plan, submit and monitor training records, schedule, and safety training records
· Validate training for Welding (Versatility Matrix)
· Creation and modification of SOP’s
· Modification / Verification using One Step method.
· Assist and Develop Training Program
· Understanding of Process / Part flow
· Crosstrain on key functions for all job rotations
· Lead, as well as support Classroom, Hands On, and Lineside Training Capacities.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
The selected candidate will have understanding of manufacturing, planning, and production processes, basic computer skills and good communication skills both written and verbal.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Knowledge of all company product (form, fit, function use)
- Evidence of analytical skills, improvement planning
- Must be comfortable speaking in groups
- Be able to work flexible schedule
- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must have working knowledge of all weld processes
