Grow Your Career as an IT-Master Data Analyst; Join our Team and Harvest Success!

As an IT-Master Data Analyst in our fresh foods business, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of our core product, supplier, and customer data. You’ll act as a data steward, supporting cross-functional teams in procurement, production, logistics, and finance by managing high-quality master data that drives operational excellence and decision-making.

Data Management

• Create, maintain, and validate master data for products, suppliers, customers, and locations within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensure that master data adheres to business rules, data governance policies, and regulatory standards.
• Manage lifecycle changes to product attributes, recipes, nutritional information, and packaging data for fresh foods.

Collaboration & Support

• Partner with teams across supply chain, R&D, quality assurance, procurement, and commercial to ensure seamless data flows.
• Support new product introductions (NPIs) and product change processes by coordinating data readiness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues that affect business operations.

Quality Assurance & Governance

• Monitor data accuracy and completeness through routine audits and exception reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and guide business users on master data processes and best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze data trends to identify inconsistencies or opportunities for standardization.
• Support reporting requirements by ensuring data structures are optimized for business intelligence and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a master data or data management role; fresh foods or FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data standards, hierarchies, and classification systems (e.g., GTIN, UNSPSC).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with food industry compliance (e.g., allergen declarations, shelf-life data) is a bonus.
