About The Role
We seek an experienced and dynamic Bilingual HR Manager to oversee human resource functions for our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in [Language] and English, with a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and compliance within a warehouse or logistics environment. This role is critical to ensuring a productive, safe, and inclusive workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the warehouse environment.Act as a strategic partner to warehouse management, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring warehouse staff.Create and deliver bilingual onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.Conduct bilingual employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to address feedback.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.Partner with the safety team to promote and enforce health and safety standards in the warehouse.Conduct regular audits of HR practices to maintain compliance and minimize risk.Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as safety, diversity, and leadership development.Provide bilingual training sessions to meet the diverse needs of the workforce.Mentor supervisors and managers on best practices for employee management and communication.Oversee the performance review process, providing tools and training for managers.Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement plans.Recognize and reward outstanding employee contributions.Collaborate with the payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation.Assist employees with understanding and accessing benefits, providing bilingual support as needed.Review and recommend enhancements to compensation and benefits programs.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.SHRM-CP a plus.Ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.A self-motivated, proactive, fearless, and positive attitudeAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Actively contribute to our culture of continuous improvementStrong communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills.High level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeBenefits Package
