About the Role
To further advance our growth, FSCO is adding and seeking Bi-Lingual Hand Print Pre-Production Manager to join a small, yet dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the organization and preparation of print files as well as color management and accuracy. You will also be responsible for organization of color libraries and color consistency, both improving efficiency and ensuring that all product is up to Schumacher's high standards. You are confident working quickly and intuitively, making real-time decisions to maximize both time and quality. You will have exposure to all aspects of hand printing from ideation to production, providing a unique environment for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications :
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience : Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within a printing or manufacturing environment.
Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership and personnel management skills.
Operational Expertise - Strong understanding of workflow management, inventory control, and quality assurance processes.
Problem-Solving - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech Savvy - Proficiency in using production management software and knowledge of new technologies relevant to wallpaper printing.
