About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing Board and senior leadership communications, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. Expertise in cost center reporting, ad-hoc projects, and financial modeling is essential. This is a hybrid role, and you will be based out of Bethlehem, PA, and are open to being on-site once monthly at our beautiful NYC corporate headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the FP&A function, including:
- Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Providing variance analysis and financial commentary
- Preparing Board decks and presentations
- Communicating with senior leadership
- Managing ad-hoc projects
- Oversee the cost center reporting process.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and insights into business operations.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
- Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
