Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our events and creative team on overall planning.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication, including clients and vendors.
- Manage event-related materials and resources to guarantee smooth execution.
- Assist with vendor sourcing, event timelines, day of documents, and event-related projects.
- Support in various aspects of event coordination, from documentation and logistics management to on-site support and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications
Salary Range : $50,000-$70,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The role is in-person in our New York City office.
