F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Commercial Estimator for its Springfield, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Grow commercial sales
- Equipment cross referencing / sourcing
- Generate customer sales / orders
- Commercial plumbing design build support
- Produce bids / Customer pricing from plan and spec
- Support Outside sales
- Attain specialty material through the use of purchase orders
- Effectively handle customer service issues
- Schedule and manage customer deliveries
- Produce bids for customer approval
- Manage credits to FW Webb standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial experience required.
- Working knowledge of Excel, word, internet, e-mail and web browsers.
- Strong Sales aptitude required. Previous sales experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
- Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
