F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Credit Collections Analyst split between our Queens & West Babylon, NY location.
Responsibilities:
- Minimize bad debt risk and maximize accounts receivable collections.
- Monitors accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer statements and billings.
- Work with other departments to resolve and collect payment for disputed charges.
- Perform all other projects as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance or related field preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
- Knowledge of Construction collection practices and lien laws preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to commute to West Babylon & Queens locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
