F.W. Webb, New England’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Credit Return Associate for its Hartford, CT location.
Responsibilities:
- Check in and inspect customer returns
- Process Credit orders for customer Returns
- Work directly with Customers as needed to process returns in a timely fashion
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels in accuterm
- Put away Stock
- Assist with Inventory related projects as needed
- Assist in general warehouse duties when needed
- Put credits away with barcode gun
- Manage the Open Credit Reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer-based inventory management systems
- Good written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate with Vendors and Customers on the phone and via Email.
- Ability to work alone and follow directions with little direct supervision
- Ability to type and general office skills
- Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Thorough understanding of warehouse pick, pack and ship processes a plus
- Experience and knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems and operational processes
- Must possess a high level of customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
