F.W. Webb, New England’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Inventory Control Associate / Warranty Associate for its Hingham, MA location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all transactions with accuracy required to maintain inventory records.
- Assist with inventory related calls, questions and requests
- Other duties as assigned
- Process warranties quickly and efficiently for customers
- Manage SPN and non-conforming inventory to corporate standards
- Build relationships with vendors and customers to solve issues
- Handle tool repair requests with approved vendors
Qualifications:
- Experience with computer based inventory management systems
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work alone and follow directions with little direct supervision
- Ability to type and general office skills
- Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Thorough understanding of warehouse pick, pack and ship processes a plus
- Experience and knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems and operational processes
- Must possess a high level of customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
