As a Server, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure every guest receives prompt, engaging, and memorable service.
- Monitor and address guest needs and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Work seamlessly with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold the F1 Arcade brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
As a Server, you will have experience in:
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team dynamics.
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass training with 90% or higher, or/ and maintain current food handlers and alcohol certifications.
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 30 lbs if needed.
