Undergrad Intern: Global Client Proposal Solutions
Location: Fort Lauderdale - Hybrid
What is the team responsible for?
The Team is responsible for completing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Database Updates and other new business or client-related questionnaires which accurately and favorably represent the organization, and its investment products and services, to prospective clients and their advisers.
Global Client Proposal Solutions is a global team, with high collaboration with internal business partners in sales, client services, consultant relations, product management, ESG, HR, compliance and more.

Global Client Proposal Solutions is working toward modernizing our infrastructure for best-in-industry production of impactful client investment documentation and proposals. The work we do – through RFPs, DDQs and Database updates – is focused on retaining and growing the business.
Responsibilities include partnering with department leaders on RFP Continuous Improvement which is viewed as a strategic priority to modernize and prioritize our team's focus on strategic client relationships. This may include exposure to Workflow tools, AI, or other projects to create and streamline efficiencies.
What top qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Project management and organization skills, able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
First-rate verbal and written communication skills, plus strong proofreading skills.
Flexible and adaptable, ability to adjust to changes in workflow and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation Range: This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
