Direct Driver Advocate

F2F Transport, LLC is an Owner Operator carrier that allows drivers to run their own business on F2F’s trucking authority. Our drivers are our Business Partners and we strive to treat them as such. Our Partners use a self-dispatch model, which allows them to be on the road as much or as little as they want and in whatever markets they prefer. It is our job to provide essential and personal service to our Business Partners while they are on the road. We offer full office administrative services and we are currently looking to add to our support team.

F2F Transport is seeking a candidate to fulfill our needs in a Direct Driver Advocate position in our Chattanooga office. The primary function of this position will be supporting our Business Partners by assisting with daily operations and tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Customer service: develop relationships with our Partners, be the liaison with other departments, take note of recurring issues.

· Technology assistance: our Partners’ offices are their trucks, so our Driver Advocates provide grounded assistance with documents, updating loads and load boards, and operating their Electronic Logging Devices.

· Data management: maintain organization in scheduling and routing your team of drivers. This includes load statuses, emails, payroll issues, safety and compliance updates, carrier packets, and other various reports and communications.

Ideal Qualifications:

· High school diploma (or the equivalent) or higher education

· Experience in the field of trucking or logistics

· Ability to quickly gain full expertise and working knowledge of enterprise software system

· Strong communication skills needed to deal effectively with many different levels of operations, management, drivers, and an ability to work independently

· Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic, common-sense approach to problem solving

· Familiarity with all MS Office Suite products
