What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Center Technician L1 - 2nd Shift - Nashville, TN position at F2ONSITE?
Data Center Technician - Level 1
- Start date ASAP
- Assignment will run through December 2025 with likely extension.
- Shift - 2nd Shift - (5) 8-hour shifts, Saturday- Wednesday 3pm – 11pm CST
Services to be provided
- ServiceNow ticket queue monitoring and management
- Asset management & tracking
- Hardware support (switches, servers, storage, etc.) (everything from green light monitoring to replacing hardware kept onsite. Training available.)
- Hardware deployment
- Patch cable installation and management
- Project management support (meaning taking direction from project managers to assist with tasks)
