We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician who can commit to a 3-6 month project in Henderson, Nevada. This project will take place at a medical facility. Minimum of 3 years of ONSITE experience in Desktop Imaging & Deployment, Troubleshooting, Configuration and responding to Help Desk Tickets is required. The schedule is M-F from 8am-5pm. Weekly pay.
- Responsibilities :
- Conduct basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair tasks for various end-user devices.
- Provide dedicated support to client VIPs.
- Respond to change management requests by installing new PC equipment, offering desk-side support, and performing related tasks.
- Execute Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as required.
- Carry out all assigned desk-side support duties.
- Maintain high standards of technical and professional service.
- Achieve established customer service satisfaction levels and meet operational metrics as specified in guidelines.
- Communicate proactively with end-users and service desk personnel regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and status updates.
- Adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties or acquire additional certifications as needed to support business requirements.
- Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of solid IT / Desktop Support experience.
- St least 3 years of experience in end-user support, desktop imaging, and responding to help desk tickets.
- Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Possess a basic repair kit.
- Ability to pass a background, drug screening and MVR.
- Have a reliable vehicle, active auto insurance and a valid Drivers License.
- Must be comfortable with receiving the following vaccines(or providing records for the following) : MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)-Varicella (Chicken Pox), TB Test (tuberculosis), Tdap Vaccine (Tetanus and Whooping Cough) and Seasonal Flu Vaccine.
