Desktop Support Technician
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desktop support, system configurations, networking, and ticketing systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure, install, and upgrade hardware and software in accordance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, networking, and connectivity.
- Manage and update tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Support end-users with software installations, account setups, and system configurations.
- Assist with basic networking tasks, including troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and document technical procedures.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
