Our client is looking for a Remote Help Desk Technician for 6 months. This is 100% remote, but technician must be willing / able to work PST hours starting at 7 / 8AM PST.
Skill Set : Prior help desk experience, good communication and phone skills, general knowledge of end user IT support practices. Knowledge of Service Now ticketing system. High level of first level call resolution.
