Job Summary :
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. This role involves hardware and software support, system installations, and responding to service requests while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- Provide desk-side and remote support for end-users, including VIP clients.
- Install, move, add, or change (IMAC) IT equipment as needed.
- Respond to change management requests and perform system upgrades.
- Maintain excellent technical and customer service skills while troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure compliance with service operations policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and service desk personnel about issue resolution timelines.
- Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions.
