This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with expertise in policy administration systems and commercial insurance workflows.
Please note: While this role is remote, you must have the flexibility to meet with overseas teams daily and be open to occasional travel throughout the year as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one to two Agile Scrum teams on medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
- Act as the decision-maker on functionality, value delivery, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
- Integrate customer feedback into the development cycle for user-centered outcomes.
- Monitor product metrics and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Align closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure product features align with overall business goals and enterprise strategy.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile product role
- 3 years working in insurance or financial services environments
- Hands-on experience with policy administration systems for small to large commercial accounts
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, scalable solutions
- Agile certifications preferred (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PSPO)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or Agile Release Trains (SAFe)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Previous experience working with globally distributed teams
