Software Developer (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our client in the insurance claims industry. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. They should have expertise in C#, .NET, and Microsoft SQL, with additional experience in frontend technologies, reporting tools, or project management being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain C# and .NET applications.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server to design, optimize, and manage databases.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to improve development processes.
