Entry-Level Fabrication Utility

## Overview

If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, have little to no experience working in fabrication or assembly and want to develop a career in manufacturing, or have some tooling, fabrication, and/or assembly experience but want to develop your skillset further, our utility positions are for you!

2nd shift availability for our North East (16428) facility.

F3 provides a $13-14/HR base wage, an attendance incentive of $1.00/hr for good attendance, and a =$1.00/HR shift differential for employees working 2nd shift. Apply now!

## Responsibilities

• Learns proper safety processes and procedures
• Reads process sheets and checks frequently for updates
• Identifies and verifies part names and numbers
• Ensures use of proper materials and equipment prior to use
• Setup tooling for the following machines such as: spot weld, PEM insertion, graining, sander
• Assembly of components
• Document use and wear of all tooling
• Complete process checks prior to and during operation to confirm the following: tolerances, proper machine function, and quality standards
• Maintain accuracy and motivation on repetitive jobs
• Maintain a clean working area during and after your shift
• Ensure machines and tools are clean and in proper working condition prior to, during and after use
• Initiate process improvements
• Assist in the implementation of manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
• Support the development and documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs
• Communicate clearly with the next shift regarding the following: Completed items, urgent items, machine/job details, items scheduled next, report any broken tooling or machinery in a timely manner
