Learn all about powder coating & grow your skillset with F3 Metalworx! These entry-level positions (Utility) are truly entry level. If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, have little to no experience working in powder coating and want to develop a career in manufacturing, our utility positions are for you!

1st shift availability for our North East (16428) facility.

F3 provides a $13-14/hour base wage (depending upon experience), plus a team performance incentive each pay period.

##Must Haves

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 200 lbs. in a team lift or with equipment assistance
• Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours
• Ability to work in high temperatures
• Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Ability to read and understand process sheets
• Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page
• Ability to wear proper PPE- safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and steel or safety toe shoes or boots

##Good To Have

• Experience in a manufacturing facility
• Powder Coating or powder coating line experience
• Attendance - Observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record
• Behavior - Follows company policies, procedures and work conduct rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
