Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-energy, results-driven group training sessions following the F45 Training methodology
- Motivate, support, and inspire members to push past their limits in a positive team environment
- Recruit, assess, train, and develop an exceptional team of coaches, ensuring high coaching standards
- Provide ongoing feedback, evaluations, and performance assessments to enhance coaching effectiveness
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain strong communication, alignment, and motivation
- Foster a strong studio culture and member community to drive retention and engagement
- Support sales and membership growth through exceptional service and member interactions
- Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and organization for a top-tier experience.
- Opportunities for advancement as we expand, with potential to oversee multiple locations and assist in launching new studios!
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) required
- CPR/AED Certification required
- 1-2 years of group training experience (F45, CrossFit, HIIT, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop and mentor a team
- Experience in assessing and evaluating coach performance and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to conduct effective team meetings and foster a positive team culture
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, high-energy environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Social media and community engagement experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
