Pay:
$18 per hour base - plus competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with members daily, building strong relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Confidently make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and members, with a focus on converting leads and maintaining member satisfaction.
- Understand and track KPIs, sales targets, and member acquisition goals to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- Learn and continuously improve your sales skills, staying informed on the latest techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with our team to drive membership growth and retention, always keeping community-building at the forefront of your approach.
- Be a key player in representing the F45 brand and helping potential members see the value of joining our fitness community.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly outgoing, with the ability to strike up conversations easily and maintain enthusiasm in every interaction.
- Comfortable and confident in making phone calls and handling high-volume outreach.
- Strong understanding of key sales metrics and a passion for tracking progress and achieving goals.
- Passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. Personal training experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and willing to invest time in learning and developing within the role.
