Studio Flex45 is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of fitness classes, including yoga. We are looking for a qualified candidate who can lead students through a safe and effective yoga practice, while inspiring them to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead yoga classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Create class sequences that are challenging, yet accessible and safe for all students.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to students as needed to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the studio, and ensure that students feel comfortable and supported.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
Qualifications:
- 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognized program.
- 2 years of teaching experience in a studio setting.
- Strong knowledge of yoga postures, sequencing, and alignment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
