Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Studio Manager to join our new team. Our aim is to create a career path for our managers with the ability for you to have a fulfilling long term career in an industry you love.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals while having a great time doing it. We are looking for a manager who has the experience to run group classes with a high energy level and motivate our clients as best possible, as well as managing the studio as if it were your own!
Our gym will provide an all inclusive environment where everyone is welcome to come and join our community. We value culture above all else to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time in studio.

Role Requirements
Conduct and instruct motivational F45 group classes
Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service at all times
Manage the studio team and create an exciting/motivating team culture
Sales management and tracking to support growth of the business
Daily functions and up keep of the studio
SALES: Assist in new Clients signing up to a membership (bonus/commission based).
Social Media Management
Rostering and system management
General administration tasks
Skills
1 year's of Studio Managing experience preferred
Experience with the Mind Body platform
Experience In Personal Training or Group Fitness, preferably at F45
Cert III First Aid Certified
Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives
Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
Passionate about fitness and represents the F45 values
Highly energetic and can build great rapport
Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
