F45 Training is a premier fitness facility dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Our Point Loma studio offers a variety of fitness classes and wellness programs in a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fitness Studio Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our studio.

Job Summary : The Fitness Studio Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day operations ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction for our clients. This role includes overseeing staff, membership sales, managing studio schedules, maintaining equipment, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in business management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for fitness classes and staff shifts.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise fitness instructors, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote studio services and increase membership.
  • Maintain and update studio equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Organize and host special events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both staff and clients.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of fitness industry and sales experience, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of fitness industry trends, equipment, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using fitness management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong marketing and sales skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
