Our F45 Bothell team is looking for a fitness enthusiast that is interested in growing a presence for fitness and community at our Bothell Studio. We are looking for a superstar sales professional. Someone who has an unstoppable drive to grow our studio and feels comfortable making over 70 warm calls a day, a fitness lover, strong customer service skills, and an overall self-driven salesperson. Best Candidates will have the ability to be in Studio full time as well as being responsive to incoming Leads, Lead messaging daily within the sales cycle to hit and exceed their sales targets and goals.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studio, including membership sales / renewals, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer service levels.
- Participate in the operation & success of a fast pace fitness studio, building strong relationships with F45 members, corporate businesses, and local businesses.
- Conduct face-to-face goal-oriented consultations with all trial members.
- Work collaboratively with the studio management team to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations.
- Formulate partnerships with local businesses in order to generate leads.
- Generate 10 new leads daily.
- Connect / call up to 70 warm leads daily.
- Attend all sales and training meetings.
- Learn new Software (MBO, LoyalSnap, Slack) for essential role functions.

17.50 to 20.00 per hour DOE base, plus commission on New Client Sales, plus Target Bonus eligible.
