Role :
To support the CIO by managing operational aspects of the marketing department and plan while guiding the team to desired execution. Collectively unifies the team spirit and is detail oriented to ensure project targets and timelines are met. Drives results and leads marketing performance reporting. Manages and directs the execution of marketing plans, content development strategies, creative design, special events, and social media deliverables. Provide marketing support for all products and services offered.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
Create comprehensive strategic marketing plans for marketing initiatives and lead the management of team deadlines by providing support and removing barriers for team members to achieve success. Serve as primary liaison among internal departments ensuring frictionless processes to produce results.
Task Coordination : Oversee and delegate work to the appropriate team members. Ensure tasks are distributed efficiently and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within set deadlines.
Monitor and report on all marketing functions to create presentations and result driven reports for the Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Directors.
Work as a member of the Marketing team to help develop plans that align with goals of the credit union.
All other duties and special projects as assigned.
Performance Measurements :
To manage on time and accurate team deliverables and anticipate needs for next steps and resource management according to project management software and the annual marketing plan and calendar.
To manage the team's distribution of all digital media materials and maintain up-to-date information across all distribution platforms and channels in branch and online.
To work with the marketing team and any external agencies as needed to build the brand of True Sky Federal Credit Union.
To ensure marketing initiatives are within budget.
To create marketing materials ensuring they meet compliance guidelines.
To assist with the execution and promotion of credit union programs and events.
To stay abreast of current media production trends and software and make recommendations to management.
To stay current and comply with all federal and state regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Controls (OFAC) and Credit Union policies and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills :
Experience
Three years to five years of similar or related experience. Be familiar with marketing and / or financial environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and video production tools. Experience with Adobe products and social media tools required.
Education
1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and / or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and / or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and / or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills
Must be a self-starter who is team oriented with a strong desire to tell compelling stories to a variety of audiences. Must demonstrate excellent time management, project management and organizational skills.Proficient with Apple products and Adobe Creative Suite. Social media, graphic design, and digital marketing experience preferred.
