Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for store sales goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing store staff, incentory levels, ensuring first class customer satisfaction, implementing local marketing strategies, and maintaining effective communication with the team and customers.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Retail Store Management experience
- Strong customer service, management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a lead salesperson
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends and ability to create clients relationships
