Fabbrica LLC is seeking a talented entry level 3D Artist / Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing digital assets for the visualization of the means and methods used to install Curtainwall projects. This position will focus on creating and editing 3D models and assisting the Manager of Logistics Means and Methods throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender through completion. The role requires a deep understanding of 3D Modeling and visualization for large scale projects in a real-world scale.

What you bring to the table:
- Ability to interpret and translate technical drawings into 3D assets.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Civil Engineering, 3D Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization *(portfolio submission required)*.
What to expect from the role:
- Create 3D models and renderings of construction equipment, building structures, and Curtainwall / Façade elements to visualize the methods used to install a Curtainwall project.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts and requirements into realistic 3D representations.
- Create skeletons and rigging for 3D models, which includes defining joints, bones, and control structures that facilitate model movement.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize assets for use in final projects.
- Maintain and update 3D libraries, textures, and assets for ongoing and future projects.

Experience:
- Fluent in: 3Ds Max, Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Experience in: SketchUp, Blender, Solid Works.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and project coordination tools.
- Aptitude to learn any required Fabbrica software: Revu Bluebeam, Keyshot, and PDM.

Pay: $50,329.75 - $60,612.17 per year
