What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sales Operations Analyst position at Fabcon Precast?
Purpose / Scope :
Senior Analysts for Sales directly support Sales partners to deliver short and long-term business results. The support will include CRM management, Dashboard management, and business model support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
This individual will be the primary Finance contact supporting the Sales department.
- Maintain and improve pipeline reporting through enhanced CRM tool development. Maintain and improve market share and lead generation information working with team and outside service providers.
- Develop and maintain PowerBI Dashboards supporting the sales team's activities
- Prepare and interpret monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for senior leadership and sales leadership while recommending further courses of action.
- Partner with the sales organization to drive pricing through reporting and analysis to better understand pricing by market, product, customer, and various business units.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operational leaders to drive margin improvement in backlog through pricing, scheduling, and other actions to increase profitability.
- Develop trends and projections for leads, listings, revenue, pricing, and project margins.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or another related field required.
Other Required Qualifications :
Prior experience managing CRM systems and working with related data.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
