Duties :
- Lead Strategic Vision : Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across all 20 restaurant locations.
- Brand Alignment : Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels and restaurant venues.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new restaurant openings, and special events.
- Digital & Social Media : Lead the digital marketing strategy, managing SEO / SEM efforts, social media content, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize online presence and engagement.
- Content Creation : Oversee the development of creative content for marketing materials, including menu promotions, video, photography, and social media assets.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across different initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with PR, social media, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
