Position: Lead Remodeler / Small Crew Operator

Full-Service Home Remodeling Firm

We’re a large remodeling company that specializes in high-end residential renovations. Due to growing demand, we’re now looking to bring in a skilled, reliable professional or small crew to handle smaller-scale projects independently, as part of our extended team.

What We’re Looking For:

* Someone with solid experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling.

* You’ve done the work yourself—not just managed.

* You’ve likely led a small team (2-3 guys) in past projects.

* You’ve either worked for someone else or run your own business.

* You’re hands-on and can start and finish a job without supervision.

* You understand quality, customer service, and know how to represent a professional company on-site.

Type of Work:

* Bathroom remodels

* Kitchen remodels

* Deck builds & repairs

* Window replacements

* General residential carpentry and finish work

This Is Not a Subcontractor Gig Where You’re Left Alone.

You’ll be part of our extended crew, working under our name and values—but independently managing your jobs like it’s your own operation.

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
• Utilize construction management software such as Job. Tread
• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review blueprints and contracts to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and equipment status.

Skills

• Ability to read blueprints and contracts ,
• Experience in supervising teams within a construction site environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Join our team as a Site Supervisor ,Project Manager ,small group leader 2 to 3 person , where your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.09 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
