About the Role
The Outreach Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting our Outreach team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and leading outreach efforts inside laundromats. This role blends hands-on outreach, team management, and strategic oversight to maintain high standards of service and impact.
Schedule: Friday – Tuesday
Employment Type: Full-time, Salaried
What You’ll Do
Coach and Develop the Outreach Team (3 Days/Week)
- Shadow team members in the field, providing real-time coaching and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins to troubleshoot challenges, track progress, and keep the team motivated.
Conduct Outreach (2 Days/Week)
- Work directly in laundromats, engaging with families and connecting them to vital resources - we believe in doing your own outreach to best coach your team! You’re the one to follow.
- Model best practices in outreach, demonstrating how to build trust and provide support.
Recruit, Onboard, and Train Team Members
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with HR to hire top talent.
- Lead onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are equipped with the right training and tools.
Manage Schedules and Operations
- Create and manage the weekly team schedule to ensure full coverage.
- Approve time-off requests while maintaining staffing needs.
- Monitor attendance and ensure adherence to policies.
