FABRICA PIZZA in Channelside Tampa is looking to hire part time front-of-house team members! We are a fast-casual restaurant seeking applicants who enjoy working with food and interacting with customers. Candidates must be reliable, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible with their schedule and have reliable means of transportation.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in a warm professional manner
- Process guest transactions at cash register
- Prepare a variety of food items according to customers' orders
- Run food items to guests' table/provide any accompaniments they may need
- Maintain cleanliness of front of house service areas
- Communicate efficiently with team and management
- Assist with opening/closing duties
- Handle guest complains and questions in an efficient and professional manner
- Assist in all customers' needs and ensure 100% satisfaction every time
- Perform side work
- Promptly bus and set tables as guests finish their meals
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by manager/supervisor/shift lead
