- Monitor account status and contact customers for deposits and final payments.
- Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and assisting with general inquiries.
- Assist with office management duties including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and overseeing office organization.
Experience:
- Proven experience in clerical roles or office administration.
- Proficiency in using office software applications and tools.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
