Summary :
Travel throughout the designated territory of Illinois and Wisconsin presenting, selling, and servicing Clarence House and other represented brands; increasing brand awareness and territory volume by developing strong relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Represent and manage Clarence House in a professional manner and appearance.
- Visit each account on a consistent basis.
- Provide the highest level of service using clear and effective communication.
- Build market share by generating business through established accounts and prospecting for new accounts.
- Consistently make the required number of sales calls, meeting or exceeding all sales quotas.
- Compile data for daily reports.
- Evaluate prospective clients and their needs using all available resources, whether it be previous sales history, industry publications, social media, or web presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry colleagues.
- Gain a deep understanding of the product and contents.
- Discuss features and qualities of fabric such as weave, texture, color, and any other properties.
- Be an effective merchandiser and presenter.
- Have knowledge of product, pricing, availability of fabric, and substitutions.
- Respond to inquiries and issues on a timely basis and offer a solution as quickly as possible, mediating and resolving challenges fairly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
