Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
