Summary:
- Enters all sample orders for Contract submitted by sales team through all channels
- Distribute faxes/mail throughout building
- Deliver/pick up packages from other buildings on campus as needed
- Maintaining monthly spreadsheets for department Manager & GM & other miscellaneous office duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process sample orders in AS400
- Correspond with Sales Team on sample requests via email & phone
- Ship packages and brochures.
- Update computer on all actions on orders.
- Breakdown file folders for imaging.
- May be requested to do inputting on various other spreadsheets and files as required.
- Interact with department personnel as required.
- Interact with workrooms to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Display good safety and housekeeping practices.
- Uses material and equipment effectively.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years clerical experience.
- Display reasoning ability and independent judgement.
- 10-key skills.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Well organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, highly confidential environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Plans and organizes work for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate with courtesy and professionalism.
