Job Overview
Fabritec Designs is looking for an experienced, creative and results-driven Marketing Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing team with administrative tasks, campaign execution and content coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing materials, documents, and promotional assets.
- Support the marketing team with data entry, and complete orders for clients.
- Assist in preparing sample books, fabric cuts, and label making.
- Process and manage marketing invoices ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
Experience
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or marketing support role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of sales processes and how they integrate with marketing efforts is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast- placed environment.
