Duties
- Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to cross train on our machines/equipment (knowledge of all operations in machinery)
Requirements
- Safety First
- Proven experience in manufacturing
- Material handling equipment
- Moderate computer knowledge
- Ability to drive a 26ft box truck with an electric tailgate
- Provide a DOT medical card
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- A valid driver's license is required.
